A few years ago I found a digital library that documented important processes for establishing a society. It was intended to help improve living conditions in third-world nations.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find it again despite a fair amount of searching with Google.

Some examples of the processes it documented: - Water filtration - Hygienic cooking - Lumber milling and other woodwork processes - Building shelter - Structural engineering principles - Refining organic matter into diesel fuel

Any help finding it would be greatly appreciated.
