In the 90's, Dr. Dobb's was a front-to-back read for me every month; it exposed me to so many programming ideas while I was still in high school and college, and it's sad to see it go. I think I kept my paper subscription going until that came to an end. It joins other publications like PC Techniques, Game Developer, and Byte that have a cherished place in my archives from a by-gone past.
