If nobody understands how to code works or what the Ai is trying to do you could prompt inject a complete disaster in a bunch of code with 100% test coverage.
It's axiomatic that debugging is harder than writing code in the first place. Sometimes debugging is said to be twice as hard. Where do you find those 2X debugging programmers? If nobody rises through the ranks, as it were, nobody gets experience debugging.
