Looks like they’ll be looking to move to a much smaller space (or maybe be all remote). This is sad, their offices at MM was a great place to attend talks and meet with people.

How much of this is due to Covid related move to remote and how much to 1871’s (and general startup co-working space) can be debated.

Anybody here who worked at 1871 who can provide insight into the value prop?
