My i7-13700H is shitting the bed due to poor software. Permanently on power-saving while charging because of "rapid charging". It'd be ok if it didn't render the whole computer useless at 400MHz, my first computer from circa 1996 is the only one clocked slower than that I ever had, and it had a turbo button
Fair enuf. I was really trying to comment on the ultra/arc chip performance.

seems to be - my previous laptop was a Core i7, and my new 9 Ultra one is definitely faster (for what I do with it). It goes into power saving only when it gets below about 30% of battery charge, and Asus give a lot of switches to fiddle about with that.
