Great question about differentiation. While phones do have built-in stopwatches, Easy Stopwatch focuses on extreme simplicity - just tap anywhere on the screen to start/stop.
No tiny buttons to aim for, no confusing UI. Users particularly love this during workouts or when their hands are busy/wet.
