If you're using it for commercial use, paying for a commercial use license will lift those limitations.

I think you answered your original question as to "why not just use the hobby version" rather than seeing the value in taking a different path.

No, just trying to design my own properties. The best luck I have had is SketchUp. Now I have a huge design locked up in their expensive webby software.
