Nobody enjoys dealing with UEFI. Its a very ugly mess of a standard that is an order of magnitude more complicated compared to BIOS.


Actually, while you're technically correct, most of the complexity of UEFI is just fluff that no one actually uses. I think it only exists so that EFI compliance is a huge pain to fully implement, so that companies have to pay the standards body for consulting fees.
