You don't think it's suspicious that this man, who was well educated and presumably experienced in mushroom foraging, happened to die of it within weeks of the failure of Russia's moon lander? After all the other poisonings and baroque assassination methods used on so many others who had troubled or embarrassed Putin's regime?
