Why is this not surprising at all? Of course they will slurp in every single data point your device will grant them. Why shouldn't they? Exactly, I wasn't surprised that Meta would be exploiting the Twitter exodus with a barely beta-ready app to vacuum up more data, I was just a bit shocked by how totally brazen it is.
