Building code lags behind consumer technology quite far, with good reason.
I'm not aware of anyone that's using chatGPT in life or death situations? though maybe I'm just unaware. These types of situations are usually heavily regulated (varies by jurisdiction). A home with a sprinkler system would still be mandated to meet fire code when it comes to smoke detectors, fire exits, and other traditional safety methods. Seems like the blather is coming from both ends.
