After five years you can apply to become a citizen and there's no test in place to judge you Swedish-ish-ness. (Nobody will quiz you about which year our old king skied on one ski from Mora to Salen.. for now)
I think the point of the previous comment was that it's too easy to get a citizenship for "immigrants" (refugees), not for economic immigrants that choose to move to Sweden for Fun And Profits/Shits And Giggles.
We're all equal under the law, it's just that diffent laws apply to each of us.
