The scroll behavior is highly configurable on Firefox' side: check out some of these about:config flags (if this is still of interest),

    mousewheel.acceleration.factor
    mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_x
    mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y
    mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_z
    mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount


Ah yes. Configuring my scroll wheel sensitivity per app just like hidpi. Just what I want...
