I think a fun/useful question would be along the lines of tell me one of the biggest mistakes you’ve made in X language that shows up quite a bit on the resume.
I dislike these questions. Not everyone compartmentalizes their experiences using technology into "best," "worst," "biggest," etc. I have 26 years of software development experience. At this point, it's all feel, intuition, and instinct.
