An amazing accomplishment! Honestly, I don't really know about any other open source mobile game as active, polished and feature-full as (Shattered) Pixel Dungeon.

This is the only game I still play. I play like twice a year. When I'm too tired to read HN and still don't want to let my mind wander towards work. It's always a joy. And the new maintainers improvements made it more balanced and enjoyable with online help/guide. The original game was too difficult for casual gaming (it's a fork of pixel dungeon). Great job. Going to update now...

So happy to see this! Shattered PD is by far the best mobile game I've ever played; hopefully this means many more can experience it. Note that it's free on Android - highly recommend!

Does anyone else think that games for smartphones are better if they are oriented in the portrait mode, than in landscape.

Does this run in Portrait orientation?

Yes. It's really a great game for android, try it. Especially if you're into rpg/roguelike
