Event tough WebGL2 is based on GLES3 which is ancient HW available on any supported iPhone and the spec is out since 2017 - you still can't use it on Safari (mobile or desktop).
And you can't really argue it's some security decision or something like that, they support WebGL 1, Safari is really the IE 6 of modern browsers.
