It's easier to lead younger developers as they're raw and don't have experience to call out their management chain. That's something older developers do as they've seen it all before and know how they latest trend ends. Management generally hates that.


On the flip side, more experienced developers (nevermind age) might have used that experience to become set in their ways. Younger developers might be more moldable
