It actually works, which sadly makes it way above average.

I've had to switch off between WebEx, Zoom and Hangouts for the last month and Zoom is head and shoulders above the other two in terms of usability and call quality. And there's whatever Cisco's previous craptastic offering was (jabber?) which is far, far worse than any of those three.
