Someone with more maths chops than me should be able to tell you how much energy it takes to lift 50kg 50cm over 5 seconds at Earth’s surface.

I’d imagine it’s at least a magnitude of more than the heart would expend in 5 seconds.

yes, but the original question was "how many heartbeats". First source in the link says 75bpm and 2w, 245J/2w = 122.5 seconds or ~2 minutes of 75bpm, 150 beats.
