Config delta consist of a simple standard for how clients and services define what's configurable and a service responsible for eligibility resolution, cohorts tagging and serving a consistent per-user "delta config" for the duration of the experiment.

Delta Config cleanly de-couples experimentation and feature rollout from any code base experimentation rot or feature flags in favour of configurable components while keeping it easy for product owners to track cohorts and experiment KPIs against our standard event stream analytics.
