I'm looking for a cloud-based wiki/knowledge-base software that is either free or "freemium" run at the same level of performance, quality, and obsession over details as Trello, StackOverflow, GitHub, Discourse, et al. It needs to work great on both desktop and mobile (an app would be nice).
