Something changed in the US in the last 15 or so years that caused our whole country to become a death cult. All I see in the economics is a bunch of looting and pillaging before the music stops
It's only a sandbox in as far as Google lets it be a sandbox. I'm sure Google has telemetry in chrome that deeply tracks users beyond what is publicly known or available.
And you do have the right to contest the ticket in court, before a judge.
Unless you have the free time, and some evidence that doesn't involve the fringe around the courtroom's flag, you're probably better off just paying the ticket.
When every industry is dominated by 1 or 2 players, collusion becomes a lot easier. This concentration has been slowly happening for decades now, and we're pretty much at the end. Every industry is dominated by what is essentially a monopoly, but because they keep at least 1 competitor alive, the public and the FTC are fine with it.
