It looks like the judge that declared it unconstitutional has a history of being overturned by higher courts, and is another Trump judicial appointee with questionable qualifications. He also has a portrait of Confederate President Jefferson Davis hanging in his office, which has nothing to do with this case but everything to do with his judgment in general.

To be honest, I was going to poop on you referring to HN as social media, but after looking at a lot of websites’ definitions of the term you’re right. It looks like pretty much anything where people post links or discuss things could be considered social media, which goes far beyond what I thought it was.

It really means nothing, websites with guest books count. I think people confuse it with "social network" which also has a weird vague definition but it's a little tighter.

Pine Bluff is crazy. I know this because many years ago I found an amazing building in the downtown area for sale and went to see it. After a couple of hours of tours from a real estate agent and town officials I realized that this place was not coming back from the dead. The previous owner of the building had been stabbed there while trying to get it ready for occupancy. The city employees openly wanted money to help me avoid taxes. And the kicker was that it smelled awful when the wind blew in from the nearby Tyson chicken farm. It’s consistently been in the top murders per capita rate in the US. I feel bad for this guy, but it would hard to miss the red flags before buying there.

You mean former Secretary of Public Welfare, who resigned after two years on the job in 2013. He now runs an anti-welfare consulting business. He was highly controversial during the two years he was in the job, and the Obama administration had to step in. He also claimed he was moving to Pennsylvania, and then used public funds to commute to his Rhode Island home instead.

Chicken pox isn't on the list

Yeah, some outbreaks happen in migrant communities. Your point?

The point is there's no legitimate reason to accept this as okay.

You seem to think that's fine, and you're entitled to your opinion regardless of how distant from reality it is, it's just no reasonable person with an IQ over 75 wants to deal with entirely preventable communicable disease.

It’s barely enforced, and I believe that in most major California cities they can’t pull you over for it now, but can give you a ticket if there’s another reason for the stop. The majority of cars I see that are under ~5 years old on California roads have illegal tint.

Not the person you asked, but my USAA auto insurance was valid at 12:01 AM next day, and I filled out the application at 6 PM.

Thanks sorry, should have specified: In California?

Chase uses the SSN to look for a bad banking history.
