> Well, Atom is no longer supported, so I'm going to have to switch to something anyway.

Is there an official source or announcement for this? I've noticed that recent release notes and changelogs have become much less substantial, but I've yet to see anything indicating that it's approaching EOL.

There isn't an official announcement but I wouldn't wait for one. The lack of updates coupled with the fact that Microsoft now owns GitHub indicates a very high likelihood that Atom development is practically dead.

Even if Atom itself is not dead the ecosystem is. The kick that finally got me onto VSCode was the stagnant plugin updates for things that were very important to me.

I haven’t really looked back, except that Atom had better git support in its native UI.

It might be worthwhile to check out Benson Leung's (Google engineer) reviews on USB-C cables: http://amzn.to/2hX3cMZ

Things have changed a bit, now I have to worry about Thunderbolt 3.

I agree; it looks really nice!

Minor nit: would you be open to using colorblind friendly color choices in the future? The current colors are pretty hard for me to differentiate between.

Really sorry about that! I'll keep it in mind next time.

While I agree that it is slightly jarring to use, there are "Permalink" buttons beneath each section.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but could someone explain why a handful of letters (G, J, K, M, etc.) have emphasis?

This reminds me of Miłosz Kośmider's "Zeros in JavaScript" comparison table: http://zero.milosz.ca/

Essentially the same thing, but covers a few more operations.
