yep .. but not controlled (as parent implied) .. simply because there is so many variable and the mass is enormous. Standard model can't handle that. I'm just summing a section dedicated to that in Science & Vie [No 1175], august 2015.
We know how to start the process, but the disintegration of so many heavy part is intractable .. some part will touch ground, but we can't tell where with certainty.
yeah and then is 田中 one or two things? It all depend on the domain. To me 'é' and 'ê' mean different thing that are both outside the make domain. In French you also have half white space (diacritic that latex can handle) for terminal '?!..'
Those are simply outside make domain .. so bothering about space encoding as: ' ', '+', "%20" or '_' seem futile.
It all depend of domain convention. Make align on variable naming convention .. that is all
>There is nothing beneath the Windows UI interface.
Yes there is .. Microsoft!
For instance if you have a dir named "user" it will show up in your GUI as "User". In fact User, USER, user are all the same for you because MS transliterate on the fly. Did you know that you cannot access some directory because MS prevent it .. event with the 'dir' command from the DOS prompt .. only an 'ls' non-MS command can do that.
Read between the line. It's a UFO/Rat 55 [0] in the sense that commercial pilot see poor airmanship and calling it out. The same kind of poor seamanship from the Navy we saw last year.
hypothetically, forget friction (air, tire,..), then all energy injected with the accelerator must be remove by the break. So converting fuel to kinetic energy is only half of the emission. Breaking must save that energy and electric car (bike, truck,..) could do that.
