2.5mm is too thick. Thickness is an important criteria on watches for me, so the idea of adding 2.5mm to a watch with a thickness of 13mm is not very appealing.

Take out the windows phone specific stuff and I'm fairly certain there isn't a device on the market with this feature set anywhere near this price point.

I was trying to feel some kind of sympathy for the guy and though that maybe the terms and conditions may have been full of jargon and hard for someone without a legal background to understand. That's about as clear as can be.

Of course logos from spec work sites will be generic and overused. Good, original logos cost a lot of money.
