Are you getting much interest? If so, I'd be interested in collaborating to see if any of your customers or prospects are wanting to stay on a more similar solution than the alternatives.

Not "military" drones seems very very open to interpretation. Is DARPA Military? Or is military being used in a generic sense of the dictionary definition vs. the US government budgetary definition?

My assumption is these are US military drones.

I'm guessing "Defense Advanced Research" is pretty military haha :)

Right, which is why a parent should be more involved from the beginning here.

Yes! This is exactly my point. Also, not sure why we treat our kids like such weak snowflakes. This “kid” is 17. That’s damn near being an adult and able to be sent off to die in wars. Scissors are great tools, don’t sue the scissor company because you can’t teach your kids to walk with them, the parent has the primary role in everything.

I'm working on a Pivotal Tracker replacement with a friend. While it's just a tool, it is something that shaped how I view and work on software and we want it to live on. We're hoping to make enough progress before they shut it off to actually help customers transition. That's ambitious given the timeframe, but we're optimistic we can get the basics in place and then layer in reporting and more obscure features over time. The goal right now is to maintain the essence of what makes Pivotal great and then build it into a sustainable business. We believe it can likely be sustainable with the current feature set but it's a little hard to get a sense for the current revenue and user base. I've had some communication with employees at Pivotal/VMware/Tanzu/Broadcom (what a mess), but they are quite limited in what they can say about the issue and from what I can tell only one person really remains focused on it while they shut it down. If they end up open sourcing the code, we'll try to adapt to that and accelerate our progress. Please share any feedback you have or reach out directly if you have strong interest.
