Wondering if the author ever contacted Nodemailer for sponsorship?

The entire Nodemailer team is just 1 person, that’s me, so there is no one else for me to contact to.

Not sure how that would work considering they wrote Nodemailer.

Netlify doesn't offer alerts or budget-triggers? This is my nightmare every time I put up my card details with a cloud service provider.

The funny thing is - such platforms "scale" easily with the underlying assumption that scale equals profits, enough to justify increased cost. Needless to say, inaccurate assumption.

The areas with no lines - that's areas without ANY infrastructure or just areas where OpenStreetMap has no data?

Probably both, but note that a lot of areas only show down to 115kv which excludes all the distribution lines that feed homes and businesses.
