My hunch is that much of the model tuning to make it more effective has been for its internal thinking prose. That leaks out into its external writing prose.
What kind of bot would say `less guardrails` instead of `fewer guardrails`? I guess someone could instruct an LLM to deliberately make mistakes, but isn't that too paranoid?

Yes. That is an insight but then again, most marketing emails were templatised slop1.0 from mailchimp and other sites. This just makes it slicker. So, I'm not sure.
